A well balanced classy washed Nicaraguan. Experience a soft enduring chocolate & toffee foundation with compelling notes of lemon & passion fruit interchange to a buttery biscuit finish. Initially we had this coffee marked down for a medium roast however after tasting it following a lighter roast profile we found the flavour balance

improved considerably.
