O my days! This is a real classy coffee, the flavour balance is incredible. Gaze at the brew a little while to build the anticipation, sit back & enjoy the moment as you experience a subtle drift in flavours from vibrant lemonade acidity to a delicate tea like body with a sweet sugary finish. A slower finish to a slighly lower final drop temperature in the roaster really helped accentuate the lemonade notes we absolutely love about this coffee.  We've been ejoying some great espresso shots during our testing however its great across all brew methods. Add milk & the coffee gods will strike you down, you've been warned.

    THE PROCESS

    • Hand picked to sepatate non optimal state of ripeness, green, dried & unripped.
    • Natural processed anaerobic fermentation using a carbonic maceration technique to standardize the profil 
    • Parabolic natural drying on average 15 days in 3 stages using greenhouses to take advantage of the sunlight.

    4. Coffee is milled in house as natural then vacuum packed in 24kg boxes.
