Upfront there's a zingy juiciness with flavour highlights of raspberry & orange, this gives way to a sweet soft finish reminiscent of chocolate nougat. Our first Ugandan coffee for a while, if your new to them think somewhere between the juicy punch of a classic Ethiopian & the structure of a Rwandan as a general guide. We've cooked this coffee following a light roast profile dropping just after first crack, this accentuated the juiciness that we thing makes this coffee special.
