This medium-roast Guatemalan coffee comes from the El Cabro plot on the La Bolsa farm in La Libertad, grown at 1,400–1,800 masl. A classic washed process highlights clarity and balance, delivering bright notes of orange and lemon zest layered with sweet marzipan, chocolate and smooth caramel. Using traditional Bourbon and Caturra varieties, this is a well-structured, comforting cup with lively citrus upfront and a rich, rounded sweetness through the finish.
