This light-roast Costa Rican coffee comes from the Higueronal farm and washing station, located high in the Tarrazú Central Valley regions at 1,500–2,000 masl. An anaerobic natural process brings vibrant clarity and sweetness, with tasting notes of lemon cordial, dark cocoa, watermelon and ripe nectarine flesh. Made from their F1 hybrid variety and scoring an impressive 86.5 on the SCA scale, this is a lively, expressive cup that balances bright citrus acidity with juicy fruit and a smooth chocolate depth.
