Grown on the fertile slopes near Mount Ijen in East Java, this washed Indonesian coffee from Kevenka Farm & Mill offers a beautifully refined take on the region’s profile. Roasted to a smooth medium, it delivers both clarity and balance, working just as well with milk as it does black.

The cup opens with a bright citrus lift of orange, followed by juicy cherry and soft apricot sweetness. As it cools, delicate black tea notes emerge, adding structure and elegance, before settling into a rounded caramel finish. Clean, vibrant, and quietly complex, it’s a versatile coffee that shines across brew methods—equally at home as a filter or a silky, milk-based espresso.
