Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this naturally processed coffee comes from the Tullu Demtu washing station, an area celebrated for producing expressive, fruit-driven lots. Roasted to a medium profile, it strikes a beautiful balance between vibrancy and depth.

 

In the cup you’ll find juicy forest fruits and ripe plum up front, followed by a rich dark chocolate sweetness and a soft marzipan finish. The natural process enhances the coffee’s sweetness and body, while the careful roast keeps everything clean, rounded and moreish.
